The cost of plastic and cooling time can be more than 70% of the cost of manufacturing a part. The cooling time is the longest part of the injection cycle. It depends mainly on the design of the part, the set injection parameters and the cooling efficiency.
V tomto webináři si ukážeme některé kroky, jak zkrátit čas chlazení. Dokončíme poslední část minulého webináře, jaká je realita chování vstřikovaného plastového dílu ve vztahu tolerančnímu poli.
Ukážeme si výpočet smrštění v Moldflow pomocí CRIMS dat v Moldflow.
