Plastpol 2025: The trade fair for plastics and rubber shaping their future – Photo Gallery Part 1, Pavilions 5, 6 and 7
Successful Networking and Business Growth in the Global Plastics Industry
The event brought together hundreds of companies from 31 countries across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Exhibitors and visitors established valuable business contacts, many of which resulted in signed contracts. Live demonstrations of machinery in operation also played a crucial role in facilitating business decisions.
Poland once again confirmed its position as the plastics processing hub of Central Europe, making participation at the Kielce fair essential for many companies. Thousands of visitors contributed to a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, which was appreciated by many of the 603 participating companies. “Many companies have experienced a market revival – the green light is on, and we can go full speed ahead,” was a common sentiment throughout the exhibition.
More than 15,000 industry professionals from around the world explored the exhibitors’ offerings, the latest technologies, and innovations. The international character of the event created ideal conditions for building new supply chains, negotiating contracts, and establishing contacts. “Leads turned into actual contracts, just as in previous years,” emphasized Kamil Perz from the organizing team. “This year’s Plastpol once again delivered tangible results that will support the growth of companies and the development of the entire industry.”
Kingfa is building the largest European plant in Poland, strengthening its position on the continent
Among the key participants was the Chinese company Kingfa Science & Technology, which presented its plans at the trade fair to construct the largest European plant in Szprotawa, Poland. The investment, exceeding EUR 60 million, represents a strategic step to strengthen Kingfa’s presence in Europe. The new facility will produce up to 300,000 tons of advanced plastic compounds annually and will also serve as the company’s European regional research and development center. The transfer of cutting-edge technologies from Kingfa’s plants in China and Germany will be adapted to stringent European sustainability standards, including chemical recycling and biodegradable materials.
This project exemplifies how Plastpol not only connects the global plastics industry but also acts as a springboard for strategic investments and the development of new production capacities in Europe. Kingfa plans to employ 500 people, primarily local residents, and supply key sectors such as the automotive industry, electronics, and packaging. The company also views Poland as a gateway to the markets of Central and Southern Europe, complementing its existing presence in Germany and Spain.
